Our cross-cultural training is designed to address international differences in a range of issues, including styles of management, communication, negotiation, performance, time management and teamwork. Coaching may provide relevant support to managers on an ongoing or ‘as and when’ basis, face to face or by skype to ensure that it fits into busy working schedules and provides maximum benefit.
Training can also be delivered to spouses and their families, before or during their placement in country.
